DBG has been customer-oriented, strictly promoting production and quality management, it fully reflecting Valeo’s recognition and trust by this honor.
In the early stages of project introduction, company invested lots of resources, such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, and PFMEA trainings, and introduced advanced production equipment and automated production lines.
In order to smoothly advance the Valeo project, the project team went through six months of preparatory work, including potential qualification review, equipment, materials, and data preparation, and finally successfully launched mass production.
Through efficient division of labor and cooperation among various departments, the Valeo project has been achieved the effect of 100% product compliance, 100% timely delivery rate, and zero customer complaints since the formal mass production, the Valeo Sensor has exceeded the shipment quantity of 10 million in just one year.
